We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the overall success of the sales department.



  • Develop a sales strategy utilizing existing client databases and broker networks to achieve NABNI’s sales goals.
  • Establish, build, and nurture relationships with broker agencies and customers through consistent follow-ups to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
  • Effectively manage client inquiries, concerns, and objections.
  • Present off-plan projects to customers, manage tasks related to contract negotiation, and ensure successful completion.
  • Prospect for new clients using various acceptable methods and collaborate closely with the marketing team.
  • Conduct project launches and regular campaign announcements to clients.
  • Conduct sales activities in compliance with NABNI policies and processes, ensuring utmost quality.
  • Manage leads efficiently.
  • Promptly update sales records and customer data in Salesforce.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a sales manager in a real estate development company.
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction and achieving company objectives.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • Agility in problem-solving and effective performance under pressure, both as part of a team and independently.
  • Strong strategic and analytical approach.
  • Proficient typing and communication skills, both verbally and in written format.
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (including Excel and Outlook) + CRM tools.
  • Strong presentation skills, articulate, and well-suited to represent the company.
