JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Real Estate Customer Service Specialist to join our new call center team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to our clients and potential customers through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls on our toll-free and landline numbers, ensuring prompt, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Digital Communication Management: Efficiently manage and respond to customer queries received via WhatsApp and email, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Lead Management: Proactively engage with leads provided by the marketing team through outbound calls, assess potential customers’ needs and interests, and qualify leads before assigning them to the sales team for further follow-up.
  • Information Provision: Offer detailed information to clients regarding our real estate projects, including specifications, availability, pricing, and purchasing processes.
  • Feedback Collection: Solicit feedback from clients and potential leads to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for service improvement.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Database Maintenance: Accurately record interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the customer database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive customer service experience, sharing insights and information derived from customer interactions, as necessary.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest real estate projects, offerings, and market trends to provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the real estate sector or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English & Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools, CRM Salesforce software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to remain professional under pressure.
  • High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
