BARISTA - WAITER/WAITRESS

We are seeking a friendly and professional Barista – Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail in beverage preparation and presentation. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages and light snacks, maintaining a clean and organized service area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks, teas, and refreshments.
- Ensure beverages are prepared to company standards with attention to quality and presentation.
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Assist clients with beverage selections and make recommendations based on preferences.
- Serve light snacks, pastries, and refreshments in accordance with established service guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service areas and refreshment stations.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining the sales office environment, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure seamless coordination of client appointments and events.
- Monitor and replenish beverage and snack inventory, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for food and beverage handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards under company policies and regulations.
